Guardians are expected to cooperate with the authorities of the school in enforcing discipline and observance of rules.
If any information regarding your ward is deside a request should be made in writing “Guardians” page in Diary of the ward. The Principal should be connected for details information. Kindly do not seek to meet the class teacher concerned in this connection.
Kindly ensure the presence of your ward in the school at the appointed time.
The school must be informed about the absence of your ward if and when it becomes necessary.

You will receive all school notice regularly through this book and must therefor inspect it every day.
Kindly pay constant attention to the personal hygiene of your ward. All students are expected to come the school after their daily bath and in clear attire.
Every Guardians are expected keep watch over the society in which ward moves and at the same time be duly care full in his own talk and behavior realizing that children are apt to imitate their elders.
Kindly see to it that your ward brings all the books and exercise books needed according to the time table for the day. Keep a count of the books he/she bring to the school and checkup them on his/her return.
Kindly provide a suitable place at home for your ward to study and keep his/her books. A suitable environment is always of great help in arousing a student interest in his/her student.
Kindly ensure that your ward has completed his/her home work before leaving for school. Your active interest in your ward’s studies is most valuable from his/her well as form out point of view.
